Operations Career Paths
Production
Working in a fast paced industrial environment, a career in Production allows you to be part of a hands on team managing large industrial food processing equipment. Be part of the team responsible for producing our many products.
Quality Assurance
The Quality Assurance team is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our products. Career opportunities range from hands-on plant experience in Operations or administrative work to analyze data, and work directly with our Sales and Inventory teams.
Inventory
This team is responsible for inventory control of the products we produce. Members of this team ensure product selections are made that meet our customers’ specifications. Be part of the team responsible for scheduling and forecasting our production needs.
Transportation
The Transportation team is responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound orders. This team ensures that we receive and ship orders that meet our production schedules and customer commitments.
Fabricating & Machining
Our state of the art machining facility produces machined parts for our highly automated industrial equipment along with providing machining services to other companies around the U.S. This team works with both CNC and manual machines.
Maintenance
Working in a fast-paced environment, this team manages highly automated industrial equipment and supports all the industrial mechanical equipment and systems such as refrigeration systems, air systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, water treatment systems and more. If you like to work with your hands and have a mechanical aptitude this may be the opportunity for you.
Assembly & Construction
Whether we are growing, updating or maintaining our processes, the Maintenance Assembly and Construction team is involved. Positions range from mechanical and electrical work on our automated industrial equipment to maintenance on a wide range of construction projects.
